Convenient highway access, close proximity to markets and shops, basic but functional restaurant

Wifi connectivity inconsistent, cleanliness issues in the room, gym equipment poorly maintained!!! A thicker blanket would enhance comfort!!! More soundproofing needed to reduce hallway noise!!!

We loved the spacious family room which provided plenty of space for our two little ones to play. The location was a hit, being close to local markets where we found fun snacks and cultural items to explore together.

My children wanted a playground nearby to burn off some energy.

Conveniently located right off the highway, making access easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant on-site offered delicious snacks that complemented the stay. However, the noise from traffic was disruptive, especially for rooms facing the highway, and the lack of carpet made hall sounds echo quite loudly.

The bathroom fixtures showed rust, and the furniture was old and cheap. Sound from other guests echoed in the hallways, making for a noisy environment. A couple of maintenance issues were also noticeable.

Couple seeking a budget stay that's alright

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I mean, even with my rough Spanish we managed to communicate just fine. It’s neat, there was this one time the service in the restaurant was top notch, our dinner was excellent at a fair price, can you believe it?

Good stay with room for improvement

Stayed for a night with my pals. The location was super convenient, and the breakfast had a ton of options that hit the spot. Staff were friendly and quick to help. On the downside, the shower pressure was a bummer. Decent enough place, but if you're planning on a long stay, check out other food options.
